[ Run Yoü Down ]

Hello Little Monsters!

It has been beyond forever since I last posted & I have a TON to share with you guys, lets get right to it!

After the "Yoü & I" video + VMA performance I was beyond inspired by so many different things! From the video, I really loved every look (including Jo Calderone!) & will be making several pieces from it, like the hair pin glasses, but I've already got one which is already done (you will see below). Besides the video, after seeing the way 'Jo' carried himself at the VMA's, the departure from GaGa & the true act of it all, I was in love! To sum it up, "I'm not real, I'm theatre" is a quote that struck me + really fits my life & how I live it. I knew I had to get in there, which I did this past week (twice, actually) which you can see in the video below -

As you saw in the video, I did a (super) quick change from Jo to GaGa. The outfit was inspired by the one worn in the barn dance scene in the "You & I" video hence the accompanying super long teal wig (that shit is heavy as fugg to swing).

I am SO IN LOVE with this outfit, I made it completely from scratch with a vision - I didn't even sketch it. Not only is it all like double stitched & reinforced, this bitch has snaps & shit! Actual sewing/designing is something I one day *dream* of going to school for, but for now I must work so with my sewing machine that's just now deciding that it may-or-may-not-work but if I treat her ever-so-gently I may get a stitch or two done, I was really able to accomplish something with this outfit I haven't done before so for that fact alone, it immediately becomes my new favorite! Again, to some/most it's just a simple s&m type bodysuit but for me, its a couture dior gown.

In random photos, I wore out my 88 PEARLS look ( seen here & here ) for the first time ever? i think. It was a hit, all white after labor day and all - enjoy!
