Hey Little Monsters!

While I've been waiting on the contest, I've been working on something special :D

So the time has finally come for you to vote on your favorite concept & enter yourself into the Tea Cup Giveaway to win! The concept with the most votes with be created twice, with one cup going to the person behind the idea & one given away at random to one of you!
Simply comment below with your email and 1, 2 or 3, whichever idea you would like to see come to life on the tea cup and you will be entered in the random drawing! With all that said, here are the top ideas as voted by you on YouTube, pretty much copied straight from -

Teal colored teacup with gold trim on the top of the cup and around the plate. Lots of shiny glass pearls on the plate stacked up,  tiny sea shells with a little bit of gold paint on them. Hey Little Monsters!

I noticed as I came to post this that it was my 300th entry on the site, how fun & fitting! I haven't had a chance to fully edit the detailed closet tour so I decided to upload a quick 360 preview to hold you over til the other video is up.

Its time for my first giveaway of the year and this is a good one! Watch the video below to learn more -

The idea is, I'm giving everyone til thursday the 26th (of January) to submit their concepts for how I should adorn this tea cup and the top 3 "thumbed up" ideas will be posted to the site! From there, I will post a follow up to this where everyone will have the chance to comment with their coice : 1, 2 or 3 & by leaving that comment you will automatically be entered to win, so make sure you comment using your email! Hey Little Monsters!

Here is my (2) follow up videos featuring the answers to everyones questions! Granted it's a bit long winded, I wanted to make sure I answered things well + touch on a bit of everything : wigs, tutorials, tattoos, drag & more plus there's a bit at the end of the 2nd video you will want to catch! I also talk about the closet, some things to come & other random nonsense. A lot was cut from these, so expect multiple new videos coming. Thanks again to everyone who submitted questions, this video was more of a task than I ever imagined so I hope you enjoy!

[ Closing shop ]

Hey Little Monsters!

First of all - HAPPY NEW YEAR!

 So I finally got a chance to check out what GaGa's Workshop at Barneys had to offer in the flesh while I was in Las Vegas (I also ran into @JessicaBoots there!) and to pick up a few of the things I wanted. I will say I was semi-sad to see the little they had, it was one small table with goodies on 2nd floor then a larger area, still just a few tables, downstairs with all the items they had. I know it was way late into the season so I didn't expect everything to be stocked but I'm pretty sure what they did have was pretty much all the carried this whole time ie: the stockings, candies/cookies, playing cards, mirrors, totes, nails + nail polish, toys & pen, etc. I was hoping since it was Vegas they'd have some of the a-morir pieces or maybe the Noritaka Tatehana shoes on display but no, I did salivate over the jewelry though!

The saddest thing about not being able to visit the store in NY was this AMAZING window display!

My wish list was long, I really had my heart set on some things (or so I thought) including the nails, but practicality + the fact that the things I once wanted now seemed silly once they were in my hand + more $$$ than I wanted to spend while I was already on vacation. I'm sad I passed on the press-ons, but from my experience as a queen, its rare that a set fits my nails (since I've got big man hands) so for $45 a pop, I wasn't willing to make the investment. I left walking out with a tote, the Deborah Lippmann holographic nail polish set and the metal cased sharpie. I also have the playing cards already that I got free from the site.

Did any of you visit the Workshop this Holiday season or maybe shopped it online? I was going to pick up a few things on sale but I heard people were having issues ordering & that they were being canceled so I decided to pass. What did you walk away with, I am curious to know! Hope everyone had a great New Years & is looking forward to 2012!
